Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. A 1-3 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

USA Shipping: We offer Free Domestic Shipping for orders over $100 (excludes ballet flats). Domestic orders are typically delivered 3-5 business days after being processed.

International Shipping : Our standard shipping rate of $19.99 applies to all international orders. Transit times can take 10-20 days depending on the country. Please allow extra time for your order to go through customs, and we are not responsible for any custom/duty fees.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact xxxx

How do I care for my precious "Dear me" clothing?

To ensure your items last as long as you want them to, please be sure to machine wash cold and tumble dry on low or hang dry.

What do I do if I received a wrong or damaged item(s)?

Sorry about that! 

Please contact us via xxxx within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours to make things right!

Please note merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached in their original packaging.

How can I make a modification on my order?

Please check that your chosen product sizing that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. If you’re requesting an address change, and your order has not been shipped, we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us A$AP at xxxx with your order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.

If your package has shipped we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address A$AP!
